Why is Sweet+ the best-tasting?

Ordinary stevia products contain all of the stevia glycosides: Stevioside, Rebaudioside A, Rebaudioside C and Dulcoside A.

Research has shown that Rebaudioside-A to be the best tasting stevia compound and the only one without an aftertaste.  (Phillips 1989, Tanaka 1997).  To put it simply, the more Rebaudioside-A, the tastier the product.  Processing and growing conditions can change the relative compositions of the stevia glycosides, producing stevia with higher concentrations of Rebaudioside-A.  But unless the other stevia glycosides are eliminated, there will be an aftertaste.   Only 99.5% pure Rebaudioside-A can offer no after-taste!
