Can I mail you a check for my purchase?

Yes you can.

bulletComplete all of the check out information except billing information.

What is your return policy?

We will refund the purchase price on any unopened purchases within 20 days of purchase.  We do not refund shipping and handling charges.  Also, if you returned an item that had qualified for free shipping, the shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund.

What is your shipping policy?

Standard shipping within the US  is US Postal Service mail for $5.  Orders for two or more bottles ship priority mail.  Single bottle orders and samples ship first class mail.  You can also opt to upgrade to US Express mail for $20.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we will ship outside of the US; however, we do not assume any responsibility for insuring that your purchase can clear customs.  If you would like to ship outside of the US, please contact us so that we can determine shipping.

bulletWeb site prices are in US dollars, we do not deal in any other currency.
bulletIf the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
bulletThe price guarantee for foreign purchases only applies to products sold on the internet in US dollars.   Any price refunds are issued in a check for US dollars.

What is your policy for items damaged during shipping?

All of our products are shipped in bubble wrap packaging.  While we have never had any damage during shipping, it is always possible.  We will replace any products damaged during shipping immediately if

bulletWe are contacted immediately that damage has occurred (within 7 days of shipping date) by sending us an email.
bulletYou submit proof by returning the damaged shipping package.  (Carriers will mark packages damaged while in their custody.) 

If we do not receive proof of damage within 14 days of shipping the replacement, your credit card will be charged for the replacement product.

Why do you provide samples of your products?

We provide samples as a courtesy to our customers so that they can try our products without purchasing the full-sized bottle, since we do not accept returns of opened bottles.  Please note that the sample sizes are only big enough to try our products, to experience the benefits of Daily Plus Supplements, you would need to purchase our full-sized bottles.
