About Daily Plus
I became interested in alternative approaches to
health while conducting my Ph.D. research at Georgia Tech. At Georgia
Tech, I was part of a three person team researching a different approach for
treating Systolic Anterior Motion of the Mitral Valve (a potentially fatal heart
condition). The "gold standard" medical approach frequently did not work.
After receiving my Ph.D. in 1991, I continued researching alternative
approaches to good health. In 2005, I decided to create a line of natural
products using the active ingredients that I felt had the strongest research
supporting their effectiveness. I also wanted to create products that I
felt comfortable giving my children, seven and ten year old girls. The entire family uses these core products.
